Don’t worry, our team are on standby to help you. They can repair over 70% of scan failures. This service is available to all GeoSLAM Care customers.

How does GeoSLAM Care work?

When purchasing your ZEB you will have the option to purchase 1 or 3 year GeoSLAM Care package. Your GeoSLAM Care contract will start once your Hub license has been activated.

Can I extend my hardware warranty?

Yes. The hardware warranty can be extended up to a maximum of 5 years. GeoSLAM Care must be in place for years 4 and 5 and the system must have a major service at year 3 to qualify for an extended warranty.

How often should I have my ZEB serviced?

We would recommend having a minor service every year and a major service at year 3 to ensure your ZEB is performing at it’s best.
