ZEB-CAM
Introducing ZEB-CAM, the optional add-on video camera for the ZEB-REVO. ZEB-CAM adds contextual video and imagery to your 3D scan data to aid feature identification. Simply attach the ZEB-CAM to the underside of your standard REVO unit and begin scanning. ZEB-CAM captures live video footage of your survey environment as you walk and scan. Optical flow technology is utilised to accurately synchronise the video and scan data together in GeoSLAM’s Hub software.

Applications
The highly versatile ZEB-REVO can be used to complete measured surveys of building interiors, to document road traffic accidents and crime scenes, to map underground mine and cave networks, to measure property for real estate valuations, and to facilitate contingency planning.

Unlike heavy single-function trolley based SLAM systems, the light-weight ZEB-REVO with its modular approach can be mounted to cars, boats, UAVs and other small-scale piloted and autonomous vehicles; making it ideal for surveying challenging indoor and outdoor multi-level environments.

How it Works

Scan

Mount the GeoSLAM ZEB-REVO – our lightweight revolving laser-scanner – onto your chosen mobile platform such as a vehicle or UAV and pass through your target survey environment to record more than 40,000 measurement points/second.

Process

Automatic SLAM registration using GeoSLAM Hub software. With the ability to view data, merge, export multiple file formats and vectorise, GeoSLAM Hub is the one-stop-shop for point cloud manipulation.

Point Cloud

The resulting 3D Point Cloud can be used to create 2D layouts or 3D models in industry standard CAD and point cloud post-processing software.
