Don’t worry, our team are on standby to help you. They can repair over 70% of scan failures. This service is available to all GeoSLAM Care customers.

How does GeoSLAM Care work?
When purchasing your ZEB you will have the option to purchase a 1 or 3 year GeoSLAM Care package. Your GeoSLAM Care contract will start once your Hub or Connect license has been activated.

Can I extend my hardware warranty?
If you purchased your ZEB with 1 year GeoSLAM Care, you can purchase years 2 and 3 GeoSLAM Care after the original purchase to ensure you are covered for hardware warranty.

How often should I have my ZEB serviced?
We would recommend having a minor service every year and a major service at year 3 to ensure your ZEB is performing at it’s best.
